About Dissociative Disorders

Dissociative disorders involve impairment with memory, identity, emotions, perceptions, behavior, and self-awareness.  Typically, dissociative disorders include experiences of detachment from one’s self. These phenomena are called depersonalization or derealization.

Dissociative Identity Disorder
